Her experience as a former Great Britain synchronised swimmer is key to Nicola’s success as an instructor. Having trained and competed at the highest level, she has a thorough understanding of how the body moves and performs in the water, which means she and her experienced team of instructors get great results among all ages and abilities.
Small classes
Young learners need lots of guidance and individual feedback, which is why we only offer one-to-one, and small group lessons. All lessons are tailored to the needs of learners to ensure they develop the fundamental skills required to become a competent and safe swimmer.
